Terms of service
Scope of work
Work is agreed in writing before it starts, covering deliverables, timings and cost. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
Retainers
Monthly retainers run on a rolling basis with 30 days' notice on either side, invoiced monthly in advance.
Projects and deposits
Project work typically requires a deposit to confirm dates, with the balance due on delivery. Shoot dates cancelled at short notice may be chargeable.
Ownership and usage
Final delivered content is yours to use once paid for. Social AM may show completed work in its own portfolio unless you ask otherwise.
Results
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any one supplier's control, so specific results are never guaranteed. What is guaranteed is the work agreed being delivered properly.
